1 pound Italian sausage
\n1pound ground beef
\n2 cups chopped onion
\n4 cloves garlic, minced
\n2 16 oz jars tomatoes, cut up
\n2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
\n2 6 oz cans tomato paste
\n4 tsp. Basil, crushed
\n2 tsp oregano, crushed
\n1 tsp salt
\n1 tsp pepper
\n8 lasagna noodles
\n2 beaten eggs
\n4 cups ricotta cheese
\n1 cup grated parmesan
\n2 tbl dried parsley
\n16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
\n1 16 oz jar bread & butter jalapenos<\/p>\n

Cook meat, onion & garlic til meat is brown. Drain, stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt & pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n

For filling, combine egg, ricotta cheese, parsley and \u00bd cup parmasan.<\/p>\n

Layer cooked noodles, filling, meat sauce & mozzarella in order, then add a single layer of bread & butter jalapenos. Add another layer of noodles, filling, meat sauce & mozarella, topping with remaining parasan. Bake in 375 deg oven for 30-35 minutes or til heated through.
